Publisher's Summary
On the surface, Anthony Venn-Brown was a happily married father of two and an evangelist preacher for the Assemblies of God Church; but he was living a lie. Tired of feeling torn and fragmented, he confessed and came out, and the results of that confession took him on a lonely journey that made him who he is today.

Brilliantly honest
An excellent insight to the volatile life of a gay man in Australia. Highly recommended

THANK YOU
Thank you Tony for sharing your story. I have an amazing Church that I call home and can still be true to myself. They're even more amazing after listening to this.

A must read, loved this from start to finish.
I'm the age Tony was when he came out. My parents raised me in the AOG church and so many of these behind the scenes accounts of the toxic elements of the corporate church were enlightening. The raw retelling of all aspects of the journey Tony has had to find his truest self and knowing of his significant impact since then, made me love him even more x

Insightful
Very interesting read , although I found some content to be to graphic, when it wasn’t necessary.
