One day you're on the run, the next, you're king of your own territory. With lives on his shoulders, Titos must step up. With all the change, Titos struggles with being a ruler. Not better or worse.

I wouldn't say this book is better or worse than the first. It's pretty even on plot, character and world building. A lot of comments mention that there's too much sex. Yes there is more sex (or rather just talking about it) than the first book ... but there's also more men so that kinda makes sense.
Will happily get the next book when it's available.
