What a ending!
James McPherson at his very best weaves a thrilling tale from start to finish. What a tour de force Rebus has been with a new book out shortly. Good times.

Great story and narration.
As always Rankin never disappoints. Love the Rebus series and this is another great book. The narration is spot on too.

Absolutely Terrific
I loved it! I thought this was one of the best Rebus stories for a few years and once again it is superbly read by James Macpherson. On one hand I couldn’t stop listening but on the other hand I didn’t want it to end. I am so glad Ian Rankin has not completely retired Rebus

Turned woke, disappointed !
I dont like the way the narrative has changed . It has lost me interest . Could not get into it . Shame , as i have loved all of the others

Accent too heavy
I had difficulty understanding this story due to the heavy accent. Sadly I had to stop as it was frustrating to my Aussie ears
