About this listen
The crown I never wanted could save me....
Well, I'm locked up in prison, and I've lost my magic. Not what I expected, to say the least. To make things worse, my husband locked me in here. "To have and to hold" doesn't necessarily apply when you're the king and queen of a fae court.
A chance at freedom comes when our realm is attacked by an ancient enemy. Lore releases me to help defeat the evil that is devouring our kingdom, but it's going to be a dangerous battle. My only chance is to get my magic back, but that's easier said than done.
As Lore and I are forced to work together, the passion that flares between us is impossible to ignore. Our marriage is a sham, but that doesn't matter when we find ourselves trapped in close quarters. With everything on the line, it's going to take everything I have to survive.
A Crown of Starlight is the thrilling conclusion to the Court of Starlight and Darkness series.

I love this series
Brilliantly written. Strong male and female roles. Lindsey builds the strength in characters that grow to epic leaders and friendships. Please do it again

Story
Trilogy story has merit but the narration sucks
I listened to all there books, and the story itself is good but the narration is just so bad - it’s like listening to an automated voice over most of the time - like a Siri or Alex with little nuance and variance in tone or emotion. I really hard to push myself to get through all three books because of the terrible narration *cringe*
