Overall great book
A well spoken book by the author that made it easy to listen to and follow along.
As a novice/aspiring investor, I particularly appreciated that terminology and abbreviations were explained in ways I could understand them with examples. Definitely worth the time.

Great book

Wish I read this before buying an apartment for investment!
It all makes perfect sense, highlights the fact that “Learn comes before Earn” looking forward to applying these principles to my next investment property, making sure it has the right ingredients to appreciate ie higher percentage of land value! Great book.
