Overall great book
A well spoken book by the author that made it easy to listen to and follow along.
As a novice/aspiring investor, I particularly appreciated that terminology and abbreviations were explained in ways I could understand them with examples. Definitely worth the time.

Should be first book to read
I wish I had heard this audible book when I started investing and made a huge mistake of not buying land !!! The other basics are enough to start enough if you are just 18 and stick to basics
