Ridiculously interesting.

This book is not about super foods, yoga or the top five results you google. It’s packed with tips like: what to eat if you go to MacDonalds & how to deal with dinner parties. I found this book so interesting and a bit funny that I would even recommend it to someone without blood sugar issues.
