Fulfilling dreams

Anytime I hear a story about someone who made a huge plan or dream and then saw it through, I'm fascinated. The sheer will required to walk across the planet is unimaginable.

My only issue with Polly and her book is that she vehemently defends the stereotypes many of us have for Americas, by proving them. She does come across as a bit arrogant and ignorant of the rest of the world and the cultural differences, despite walking across the globe and she's definitely loud and a bit screechy and over-the-top.
