One of the best

This was great to listen to. Straight to the point without stretching out info which can be boring.
Simple and understanding points about self discipline. Any one trying to make a change with their lifestyle I believe this will help if applied. The narrator done a great job as well

That was painful!

Sorry, but there is no profound content here. 365 bits of borrowed advice from existing & some outdated philosophies. Basic concepts like ‘delay gratification’, ‘exercise your will power muscle’. Some of it is arguably bad advice; ‘live your life the hard way’, ‘give up certain pleasures’, ‘torture yourself with cold showers to toughen up’. This type of self discipline is not sustainable nor enjoyable. The content is painfully repetitive & at times contradictory. The narrator was equally painful & sounds like a scripted news reporter. Written by a male, left brain dominant, linear thinking author. May suit similar minded readers who resonate with this type of combat style self-discipline boot camp, but not for people who are more creative & lateral thinking.
