A Very Valuable Book !

A sincere book that does not judge, just inform inform and honest, down to earth way. I'm 48, and have been drinking for 30 years and I felt terrible. I have just completed 30 days free of alcohol. The first few days were hard, but Kevin sets you up with a talk through, and plans for this. I'm feeling great, I highly recommend this book. Thanks Kevin O'Hara !
