Nice to listen

It’s great to listen to this as it’s more motivational in a way. Also distinguishes him even more strongly from the charlatans who make you listen to long buildups to tell you something you knew anyway or are selling. Michael’s method is actual science and inspiring. Someone should tell Michael to change the long URLs he reads out to bit.ly or tiny.urls though :-)

Great stuff

Well done Michael! This is a great piece of work and stands out for it’s simplicity and well researched delivery.
In a world of diet books you certainly punch above your weight. I got my wife onto this 8 weeks ago when she was needing help. This is something she can do and is doing and it is working and will now change our lives permanently for the better. Thank you

LOVED IT!

Very easy to listen too, practical tips and simple to follow. Puts things into perspective. I'm going to listen to it again! Day 3 for me and 2kg down, very excited for the future.

Worth Getting

I heard an interview of him on the radio and wanted to get my hands on the book. I listened to it in one sitting and it was definitely worth it. It comes with a PDF of 104 pages which I promptly printed. It was worth it. So if you wanted the recipes without having to purchase the book then not an issue.
I like his voice, it was easy to listen to and he had enough personal story to back up what the book was about.
Getting this book is worth it and I highly recommend it to anyone.
