Villainous Oversights
The best deconstruction I've read on breaking down the villain archetype, Sacha goes very in depth on all facets of constructing believable bad guys and she also covers anti-heroes as well as clinical diagnostic guidelines for different types of mental illnesses.
Performance is entertaining and the section on mental illnesses is done with serious tone and genuine care.
