About this listen
You don't have to be stressed out. You don't have to always go on the worry lane.
I had this discussion with a friend of mine sometime years ago when he came to visit:
“You look worried,” I said to him. “Hope all is well.”
“Yes.” My friend looked at me and smiled wryly. “I’m okay. I’m perfectly okay.”
“No,” I replied. “You’re not. You’re stressed out. I can see it written all over you. I wanted to ask this same question since you arrived yesterday, but I kept it to myself.”
My friend continued to deny the fact that he was stressed out despite the fact that it was all written over him. However, events after that day confirmed he was actually going through some personal problems that went a long way to put him in the worry mode and also put him under lots of stress.
I could see the message of stress written all over him, and I was sure of what I saw, even though he denied initially. The description above should show you the effect stress, worry, anxiety, and their likes can have on you spiritually, mentally, and physically. The effects can be seen by a second person, who is careful enough to look closely.
But you don’t have to be stressed out. You don’t have to always go on the worry and anxiety lanes. You can put them in check and live your normal life despite all the troubles around you.
This short report will be of great use to you if you want to keep your stress in check. Please download a copy today.
