good book. worth getting

Pretty basic and all baseball

I am competing in sports and listen and implement training from mind coaches as part of that. There is a lot of this book which is about baseball examples- would have loved to hear a variety of sport examples and a lot more concise. There really wasn’t anything new in this however the human brain does t change a lot either. Would be a good program to start with if you aren’t already following one.
