Simply great,for people of all ages or backgrounds
Fantastic book, so useful and enjoyable! I work in education and will be using the strategies with students. The other good thing I like is the links to soooo many more resources and useful websites, it's like the authors have done all the legwork for us..Finally, I have had a very good interaction with the author Steve Scott, re the free PDF gift, which is also very useful to have. Highly recommend this, it's actually a very good deal, you get so much more than what you pay for!

A great presentation of mindfulness concepts
A well presented book with good coverage of minfulness concepts and plans for how to build your mindfulness habits. Highly recommended for people wanting to develop their mindfulness.
