Eye opening information that will change your life

It was encouraging to find that our lifestyle and diet are very close to the information in this book. I gagged at some ideas but at least I know the possibilities..
knowledge gives us the power to make right decisions and the knowledge found here is life changing.

Wonderful

Enjoyed going through. Very original ideas. Exercise of revelation. At some points she seems to have gone too far, but that's not affecting the wonders of this book.

Really informative

Makes you think twice about whether or not you need that course of antibiotics. The other key take away was the lack of fibre in our western diet.

What an insightful read!

This book was so informative. It was presented in easy to understand terms. The narrator was pleasant and almost soothing to listen to. If you have any interest in your health, I highly recommend this book. Brilliant.

this book does not have very much useful or practical information in it regarding how to actually improve the microbiota, regret buying it
