 人に好かれるしゃべり方、人を説得するしゃべり方が求められている。
しかし、それだけでは不十分なのだ。相手を不快にさせない言い回しや言葉、
あるいは禁句などを口にしない防衛的なしゃべりを身につける必要がある。
仕事にしても、恋愛、近所付き合い、なんでもそうだが、すべて人間が絡まっている。

おしゃべりはお金がかからない。しかし、使い方によってその代償は途方もない
