50年輩の博さんという男性が某大手電機メーカーに勤めだして間もない30年ほど前。同じ社員寮に住む龍海さんという同僚と仲が良かった。
ある時この龍海さんの弟が多摩美術大学に入学し通学に都合のいい鑓水というところに下宿をはじめたのだと話してくれた。
ところが下宿を始めたその場所で弟が心霊現象と思われる数々の出来事に遭遇しているらしい。どんな様子か見にいってみようとということになって訪ねてみると、近所の家々や下宿の外壁に隠すこともなくそちこちお札が貼られている。
聞けば非常なリアリストだという弟氏の口から出るわ出るわの怪体験。信じてないけどとうそぶいていた弟氏はその後1年足らずで逃げるように下宿を後にした。
