普段は安いビジネスホテルを利用するが、せっかくの親子旅、京都らしい風情のある宿にしようと老舗のホテルを予約する。そのホテルが界隈で非常に有名な心霊スポットであるとも知らずに……。
かくして宿泊の晩二人は思いもせぬ怪体験に見舞われることとなる。
