伊勢商事の社長・伊勢省吾は秘書である沖晴美を愛人にしており、妻の友子よりも彼女のことを愛していた。

既に妻への愛情は失っていた。友子は日輪教という宗教に傾倒しており、資産家の生まれでありながら、省吾の事業にその富を渡すことは無く、その日輪教にお布施をし続けていたのである。省吾からは何度か協議離婚を申し出たが断固として拒絶されていた。

12月のある日、省吾と晴美の二人は藤瀬の石材工場の跡へドライブに出かけた。 そのドライブから3か月後の2月下旬、晴美の住むアパートの一室で、省吾は友子から晴美の元に届いた呪詛のような手紙を読んでいた。二人の関係に勘付いていた友子であったが、静岡の日輪教支部から届いたその手紙は並々ならぬ執念を感じさせるものだった。

そしてある夜、友子は短刀を手に晴美を殺しにやって来た。居合わせた省吾は狂乱の妻から晴美を守ろうと、防御本能からタオルで友子の首を絞めて動きを封じたが、そのまま殺害してしまう……©2020 PanRolling Horror Mystery
