Signing up to Audible for the first time is simple, and starts with a free 30-day trial:
  • Sign in or sign up with your Amazon account
  • Sign up for a free 30-day trial
  • Spend your first credit on any title you like, regardless of price.
  • Download the Audible App
  • Start listening to your purchased audiobook, as well as thousands of included titles from the Plus Catalogue

Audible automatically renew monthly. When your 30-day trial is over, you’ll be charged the monthly subscription fee. You can cancel at any time.

As a Premium Plus member, you’ll receive 1 credit per month* as part of your membership benefits. You can use your credit to purchase any audiobook on Audible, regardless of price.

From time to time, Audible members will receive special offers to purchase additional credits at a discounted rate. Learn more.

You don’t have to use your credit each month. Unused credits will “roll over” to the next billing cycle. However, you can only accumulate up to 6 stored credits at one time. Learn more.

Audible audiobooks can be purchased with credits as part of an Audible membership plan, or with a debit or credit card.

An Audible gift membership is the perfect gift for Audible enthusiasts and anyone who loves books. You can choose between one, three, six, and 12-month plans. To gift someone a membership, visit the Gift Centre and select Give Membership.

Or, if you have the one perfect audiobook in mind, you can sign in, find it on our catalogue by searching the Audible site, click More Options (underneath the purchase button) and select Give As A Gift in the pop-up. Amazon Prime benefits on Audible

An Audible membership is not included in the price of Amazon Prime in Australia. While it requires a separate subscription, Prime members who are new to Audible do get an added bonus during their free 30-day trial. Audible offers two credits during trial for Amazon Prime members new to Audible, compared to the usual one credit in trial offer.
The credits can be spent on any audiobook on Audible.com.au or Amazon.com.au regardless of price. After your trial, your membership gives you one credit for AUD $16.45/month, which renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time.
Amazon Prime members who are new to Audible.com.au can sign up to a 30-day free trial to redeem two free audiobooks. Simply sign in to Audible.com.au with your Amazon account, and then start a trial of an Audible membership. In the trial period you’ll also gain access to additional free content from our plus catalogue and exclusive member offers.
To access your Amazon Prime benefits on Audible, simply use your Amazon account to sign in on audible.com.au - your Prime membership will be recognised automatically. Once signed in, if eligible, you can take an Audible free 30-day trial, which gives Amazon Prime members new to Audible two free credits, good for any two audiobooks on the site.
