Dr. Shelle (Shel) Leanne is a leadership expert and executive coach. She taught for four years as a Full Faculty Member at Harvard University and served as a member of Harvard's Executive Faculty. She worked previously at Morgan Stanley in New York and London, and as an MBA-level Associate at McKinsey & Company. She received her bachelor's degree from Harvard and master's and doctoral degrees from Oxford University, where Oxford nominated her dissertation for the BISA prize (for the best work in its field). Dr. Shelle was a Fulbright Scholar and Elks Foundation award winner. Through her coaching, she helps develop outstanding leaders and facilitate their growth mindset. She provides insights about leadership, women's leadership, using education to advance professionally, and best practices for excelling as a C-Suite leader.
