Michael O’Leary is a partner at L Catterton focused on impact investing. Previously, he was a managing director at the investment firm Engine No. 1 and was on the founding team of Bain Capital’s social impact fund. He and his writing have been featured in The Atlantic, Bloomberg, the Financial Times, the Harvard Business Review, and The New York Times, among others. Michael studied philosophy at Harvard College and earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives in New York.
