I’m a father of two and the author of several books on personal development, health, and sports. Originally from Munich, I moved with my family to Mallorca a few years ago. My passions include personal growth, sports & health, practical philosophy, and fatherhood. Many moons ago, I was one of Germany's top youth tennis players. When tennis expenses exceeded my earnings, I decided to study economics and sports management. After graduating, I worked in sports television, federations, and agencies before founding two sports companies, which I successfully ran for ten years. Since 2020, I’ve focused on writing (and translating) articles, essays, and books. Beyond writing, I coach competitive and professional athletes, using Stoic philosophy to help them become more successful, relaxed, and fulfilled in both their careers and daily lives.
