About this listen
Wildcat: a football formation in which the ball is snapped, not to the quarterback, but to another player lined up in the quarterback position.
Wild, Cat: a beautiful woman from the sky, who hooked me against the rails, and has me on the ropes. Sweet like honey, with a hint of sass burning behind her pretty brown eyes, she took over my heart without warning. I'm Quinn Bailey, quarterback for the New York Mavericks. Sports analysts predicted I'd break records and take my team all the way. But no one predicted this. And just like the other team, I never saw it coming.

True love can drown out the haters!
Great storyline that I just didn't want to stop listening to. The highs & lows of being famous, of falling for someone famous, the small minded people & the dreaded paparazzi all built in. Also loved both narrators

AMAZING
This was a very cute NFL romance. The epilogue cracked me up so much, it was hilarious and such a good ending for the story. Max Monroe probably could have included better problems than racial background for why people didn't like Kat in the climax, but in the context of Quinn's conservative parents, the argument was actually really empowering to show that this is obviously something that is just ridiculous to even consider as a problem just because everyone has different pigments in their skin to protect them from the sun. Apart from that, this was a really enjoyable story and one I would recommend to those looking for a romance that will sweep you off your feet and leave you satisfied with the ending. Kat is amazing, with an upbringing that has taught her to be a strong, independent and capable woman. Quinn is equally amazing in his own way and is soo easy to fall in love with straight from the get-go. I listened to this as an audiobook and loved the narration from both Jeremy York and Ava Erickson. They definitely helped add even more personality into the characters than the physical words could. I hope you decide to read it and find you love it as much as I do. Enjoy!

Hot, sweet, funny and wild
This story was the perfect start for the Mavericks I would have loved to see more of Wes and Winnie but Quinn stole the show without a doubt. Cat and her friends were a lot of fun too.
I wasn’t expecting the conflict to be so Heartbreaking for Quinn but it was handled really well and certainly gave an additional depth to their love story.
Can’t wait for more

Well written family drama
This is a lively story which canvasses some key social issues while providing a humorous account of the difficulties of romance between two people with heavy and demanding work schedules. Quinn Bailey is the quarterback for the New York Mavericks but also a very enlightened fellow with a naughty sense of humour and he goes the extra yard to win the beautiful Kat. Well read and very engaging, I enjoyed this book.

Was a very nice story, light and a lovely romance. Loved the airline crew and was blown away by his parents.

way to much detail
I liked the story line, however there was so many repetitive details in terms of what the female was thinking that it frustrated me so much I had to stop listening. I really enjoyed where the book was going but began getting bored by listening to the unnecessary additions over and over again.
I think there’s so much potential there but the enjoyment was stolen by that tiny detail… :/
