About this listen
Never in your wildest dreams could you begin to imagine all the filthy and depraved things that go on inside The Wicked Horse. Step inside, and Woolf Jennings will make every one of your dirty fantasies come true.
He's covered in a facade of deception. An enticing blend of multimillionaire and hot-as-hell Wyoming rancher. Those who think they know Woolf Jennings admire his abilities to preside as CEO of his family's cattle and oil empire. But only a privileged few truly understand what fuels the glitter of depravity in those gorgeous blue eyes. Only a few know he's opened up a sinfully erotic and private sex club named The Wicked Horse right at the base of the beautiful Teton Mountain range.
Sweet Callie Hayes has returned home to Wyoming and is looking forward to starting her life over again. After a night of impetuosity, she's managed to put herself right in Woolf's line of sight... the man who she foolishly offered up her virginity to years ago and was flatly turned down.
Now Woolf is seeing that Callie is all grown up and has a kinky side to her that leaves him as confused as it does turned on. Worse yet, both Callie's dirty desires and sweet heart are getting under his skin and making Woolf question everything he's ever believed about himself.

Enjoyable
I liked the story line and the narrators. The sex scenes are hot and very expressive. There only thing I didn't like was that it came to an end very quickly, without any lead up to the drama. Once the drama happened, the characters became quite childish, despite being in their 30s. Overall, I would reread.

A Scorcher!!
HOT DAMN!!!!!!! I had NO idea Sawyer Bennett wrote such naughty and erotic stories (having only read her Cold Fury books so far), and man oh man did she melt the panties right off me!!!! WICKED FALL was decadently kinky, and the chemistry between Woolf and Callie was raw, primal and SCORCHING!!!! I not only loved Woolf and Callie, but even the supporting characters like Bridger and Cain had me intrigued! The epilogue left me wanting more of Cain’s story!
Lee Samuels was perfect as Woolf - Gahh! I really loved his husky voice! Kirsten Leigh is also so good as the feisty Callie! I can’t wait to listen to the rest of this series with these two narrators!

Not so Wicked
What would have made Wicked Fall better?
This title needed a stronger storyline and far better narration to capture and maintain my interest. Alas, even the interaction between the M and F leads lacked tension.
Has Wicked Fall put you off other books in this genre?
Whilst I didn't enjoy this title, it hasn't deterred my interest in this genre.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The narration completely detracted from the book. I kept expecting to be interrupted by a documentary channel with an apology that the voice overs had been inadvertently switched. Lee Samuels' voice in particular just didn't do it for me and I found it really hard to get past it.
You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I didn't love this book but I didn't hate it either ... it was just so so. I managed to finish it but was happy when it was over and I could move onto something more captivating.
Any additional comments?
This book is definitely a multi-tasker ... okay to listen to while doing housework or some other mindless task. Definitely not a title I'd sit down and listen to as a time-out.
