Can’t even give it a star.

Sounds like it’s being ready by AI & it gets worse as chapters go on. Text just talks about societal problems and what the system can do for people but doesn’t give anything practical about how to do it. At least not where I’m up to which is as far as I can bear with the voice reading it.
