Excellent book
It’s an amazing book as long as you’re willing to follow the principals. Everyone should read it even if you aren’t fighting. It’s a great insight into how to understand things from another’s perspective and how to quickly understand another person, diffuse tension and make a relationship last.

I loved this book, I listened to it on the way to work and on the way home. The supporting research, the personal commentary, everything actually is awesome. I kept having epiphanies and was telling my husband, “you know when we...... “ I’m definitely keeping this book in my library!

Vagina brain connection 2 be recognised& nourished

Most important book to read
This book is a must read for everybody. Women and men. We can all learn from this book. Some will learn a lot, some only a little, but whatever you learn from this book it will have the potential to change your relationship - with yourself as well as with others.

Must-read for all women and girls
The broad range of topics covered in this book highlights the many many areas of our lives affected by shame and guilt around female sexuality and our vaginas. Learning about this shame empowers readers - we become aware of it which enables us to dissect it in our minds. Women of all ages can benefit from letting go of this shame and this book is a good place to begin that journey of self-discovery.
