Life-changing
This book began improving my life before I had even finished reading it. I'd recommend it to anyone- poly, mono or in between. Amazing lessons on communication and practical exercises you can do around jealousy were standouts.

Thought provoking
This book challenged my thinking and feelings which I loved. Good advice for any relationship styles on communication. I have plenty to think about and become aware of my biases.

excellent material! a good book for ANYONE who is poly, thinking about becoming poly, know anyone that is poly and anyone who is exploring the options outside binary relationships. the narrator's were very easy to listen too. I can recommend this book to anyone.
