Persevered despite male narrator
Story was funny, male narration was overexcited and ruined it a bit, glad it was balanced by the more decent female narrator

Relatable Story, Not too elaborate

Entertaining but surely no one is as annoying as the main character
Entertaining, but the main female character is the most annoying and obnoxious individual. Would have been passable if she was 21, but for 33 was ridiculous

Excellent
What a trauma to have money. I guess one thing I can say is we all go through the same life issues I enjoy the way. The author has written this book and I look forward to reading more.

Just Couldn't
The female character was just AWFUL. I guess from the other reviews that people generally find her ridiculous behavior funny but I suffer major fremdschamen and I couldn't get past the first few chapters. If you're a fan of Adam Sandler type movies where the humor is from a characters unrelenting humiliation rather than wordplay and wit then this book/author is for you.

Slow slow burn
Incredibly slow burn. Story was lacking originality and was somehow incredibly slow to start with, then wayyy too rushed in the last few chapters.
Performance was also poor - the female narrator in particular made this book difficult to listen to. Admittedly, I’m surprised I even finished this book.
