Dark Dark Dark
Very interesting read. C.M. Stunich writes well and Jason Clarke is an exceptional narrator. The story line is very dark, involving murder and serious BDSM scenes. It pushes the boundaries on blood play and electro eroticism. At the same time, it's not inundated with X scenes. It's not predictable and kept me captivated until the end.

Loved it!
Amazing! A few years ago I tried to listen to this audiobook and did not like it. Honestly, my raging feminist could not comprehend that women liked things done to them like that. Fast forward a couple of years and I have slowly brought myself into accepting it through different books and this has become one of my favourites. I always love reading books by C.M Stunich and I couldn't believe that I didn't like one of her books, so I decided to give it another go. This is a romance between the male protagonist and a woman which took me a while to realise when reading this. If you have realised that you are ok with reading rough play and want to read a really cute but twisted romance between two people, this book may just be for you. I would definitely recommend it if it is and hope you love it just as much as I do. Enjoy!

This is a weird one
I don’t think the blurb explains this book well.
This book is about a traumatised man who has built a dark brutal persona around himself and chaos ensues when two different women crash into his life and his perfectly structured world starts to fall apart.
The first half of the book was hard to read and slow with extremely long scenes, very graphic and explicit but not erotic at all, it didn’t draw me in. In fact I gave up on this and put it down for around 2 years. I finally gave it a second shot and got thought it this time. The second half of the book is much better, story flows well and is actually quite interesting.
