Publisher's Summary
Gideon Cross: As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction…my every desire…mine.
My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful…except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.
We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.…

Stuck in Gideon's Crossfire
Crossfire....geddit? (Sorry I'm all about the puns today).
I cannot begin to explain how much I LOVE Sylvia Day and her crossfire series. I love the strength of Eva's character. She never lets herself become a victim but always fights for what she wants -- including Gideon. She's feisty, confident and fiercely independent and I adore her story.
Gideon Cross, the male protagonist is intelligent, strong and just plain SXC. Its clear how much he loves Eva and wants to have a life with her which means fighting his demons.
Sylvia Day -- she is just phenomenal. Her story is unique, angsty and kept me on my toes.

Leaves 50 shades in the dust.
2nd book in the Crossfire series, continues on the story, Jill Redfield does a great job narrating. A must series for fans of 50 Shades.

Love the crossfire series. I've listen to all the books at least twice each.
Jill takes a little getting used to but grew to like her over the first 2 books.

Sexy and dramatic
Seductive and thrilling all the way through to the end. Couldn't stop listen ending. Hit, sexy, believable characters, beautifully described. Each word deducing you to the next line, paragraph and chapter. The right touch of drama and sex in this story. Jill Redfield perfectly accentuates and annunciates each word, her voice a pleasure to the ears. Thoroughly enjoyable, exciting and sexy! Can't wait for the next book in the series.

Wow
What a great second book. The highs and lows, the love and pain. I felt everyone of these through this Author’s words. Brilliant.
Narration was awesome too.
