My first.
This was my first Spice book I've finished and I am not disappointed! I jumped into the second book as soon as I was finished. I loved every minute of this couldn't stop listening! The stong female lead who wouldn't let people control her life the sexy devilish man that lights a flame inside her, they can never get enough of one another! The perfect Spice for a first time reader some "oh dam" bits but was a great book to start the Spice book life on! 100% read this book if it's your struggling to decide what's next!

Good story, average narration
Story was exactly what I expected a Katee Roberts story to be and was enjoyable.
The narration kept throwing me out though, especially when the narrators were trying to read lines for the opposite sex. It was cringe to say the least.

It’s ok. Not bad, just ok.
The ‘naughty’ scenes were a bit cheesy and felt very much like a rehashed 50 shades. The storyline was predictable but still entertaining enough.
The voice actors when simply reading were good, but when trying to do the voice of the opposite gender really took away from the story telling.
Overall it’s a bit meh, but not bad. It could however make for the beginning of a decent movie script. I’d watch this story more than listen again.

Neon Gods
I haven't listened to many audio books before this and after I got over the narration and focused on the story i found this too be a great listen, enough spicy audio, great storyline, can't wait to read / listen to more of Katee's books!

WOW, Katee has done a phenomenal job, this was amazing. If you thought Wicked Villans was good, this is even better!
Both the story and smut is excellent.
Additionally, love the voice acting in this book.
I was so sad I have finished this! Time to wait for the next in this series.

decent story, but struggled with narrators
the story overall was mostly ok, needed more background about this whole, gods are born and replace old ones? what's that about? needed more meat. but the narrators were driving me insane with their inability to pronounce Greek words and names... if you're reading Greek mythology, learn to pronounce Hera, Kratos and gyros... (it's euros btw)... it made me cringe every time.

Underwhelming
An interesting interpretation of the Hades and Persephone story, however I felt Hades’ character was confusing and that there was not enough build up for the chemistry between them, it was all lust and not love
