About the Creator

Kristen Ashley is the New York Times bestselling author of over 80 romance novels. She’s a hybrid author, publishing titles both independently and traditionally. If only motorcycle Men were really like Tac

Wow what a story, it sucked me in as I rode the wild up and downs of the relationship known as Tac an Red. Well worth the stars. Kristen Ashley writes her characters personalities that draw you in an make you want to know them. Well read by Kate Russell.

Wanted to love it

I absolutely wanted to love this book and listen to it during all my long drives and daydream about this motorcycle hunk. NOPE. Couldn't do it because the narrator simply grinded my gears. I just couldn't get into it or connect with the story. I felt as though she was too enthusiastic/peppy for who the character was meant to be. She'd make a fantastic cheerleader, but not so much this character. I also hated the way she would narrate other people in the book, so I had to stop listening half way through. I would recommend listening to the sample before purchasing. DNF

Read as a stand alone and loved it!

Not realising this book was part of a series until after I downloaded it, I thought it was a great story. I was hooked from the start of tack and red's relationship.
Kate Russell narrated this beautifully and bought each character alive!
Now I'm needing to go back to the start of the series and get them all.

Love Tack

I love the story between Tack and "Red" I love his bossy ways and how she faught him on it and then the inevitable giving in between them when they both realised that they could compromise and move on . until the next argument that is lol . love all the Alpha hotness that Kristen Ashley gives her readers looking forward to more..

The narrator’s accent

I couldn’t get past the narrator’s accent. It just didn’t help to connect to the story that I really wanted to enjoy!

Too much lack of respect for the main character.

struggled to finish because passing off complete lack of respect and violating a women's rights to her own body and choices because you're bigger, stronger is just wrong. So many dangerous messages in here, like of you have sex with someone one time you forfeit your right to any sexual advances in the future. possessiveness being protectiveness. DV. just no.
