About this listen
I have been somewhat cavalier in using the expression orgasm and climax when talking about intense female stimulation because this is a slightly murky area. The male orgasm is straightforward, and we consider rhythmic pelvic contractions such as those associated with ejaculation to be an orgasm. There are various degrees of orgasm related to the level of pelvic stimulation. You really cannot measure the feelings of wellbeing. We know that different hormones seem to be released which have various psychological effects during orgasm, but we are interested in practical sex. Your husband knows when he has an orgasm, and so does any close observer. Almost every time a man has sex, he has an orgasm.
Your orgasm is more difficult to identify. It is possible to identify sudden pelvic relaxation and rhythmic contractions, but unlike men, this does not happen every time you have sex. For you it happens often, occasionally, or rarely. It is difficult to draw the line between orgasm and intense stimulation.
I will explain and compare male and female orgasms, and give you some practical advice if you are having difficulty.
