This Breeds story is all about Kane and Sherra and it’s full of unbearable pain and soul wrenching torment. They met when the Breeds were still being held as scientific experiments in cages and fell head over hells in love but what followed was betrayal that tore them apart. Kane and Sherra will have to fight tooth and nail if they are to regain what was taken from them if it’s not too late that is. The story is full of humour, anger, more betrayal and heartbreaking loss mixed in with scorching hot sexual attraction and it’s an explosive mix which I highly recommend.

Still not a fan of the narrator.
Found Sherra even more stubborn and a bit unlikeable in audible.
Good getting more information of the breeds situation and how things are shaping up.

Nothing seems different in this newer version.
A good addition to this series.
Such an emotional read about our first female breed and her mate.
The tragic history with these two made me tear up, even though they are both too stubborn to be believed.
Pity Shera had been turned so hard by her history but I think it was the only way she could survive.
We get more happening with the breeds struggle for freedom and learn more about the mating heat.
I have owned these books for years and reread them often but my earlier reviews are missing.
