Really enjoyed this this - hooked from start and loved every bit of it - so much truth and depth to the story and characters - loved it all develop

Outstanding duet narration
After reading Hawke I never imagined I would find myself caring so much for Kids character . The narration was so heartfelt and brought so much passion to Kid that I felt all his emotions. A great story to continue onto after Hawke.

Gut wrenching and emotive story with incredible voice work
I loved this story it was very emotional and the voice actors did a great job. I loved Joe Arden as Kid. But the story was a bit too much sometimes thus my rating.

THIS WAS SO ADDICTIVE (PUN UNINTENDED)
This story was heavy, so please check TW.
I think it was incredibly written. The performance by both narrators was great, but Joe Arden did an amazing job, as always.
Kai and Han's chemistry had me blushing and kicking my feet. Their banter was even better! I loved this!

The story is a heavy one please check trigger warnings. Having said that I did enjoy Joe and CJ’s performance both did fantastic job considering the content and bringing the characters to life

The narrators saved this book
I was so excited to get stuck in to this book but was really disappointed.
Major lack of story line, almost nothing was happening until the last 2 hours of the audio.
I almost dnf this one which is a first for me.
The narrators made it bareable.
The mmc Kid was very cringey at times but I did grow to love him towards the end of the book.
Spice was a tame 2 chilli 🌶 spice.
Overall, I didn't really enjoy this one.
Don't let this review put you off listening to that Sik Luv - that book is sensational and outrageously captivating.
