About this listen
Alexander Sheldon likes order and control in his life. He isn’t happy when his girlfriend invites another guy for a threesome. Alexander believes in monogamy, and he’s never been good at sharing his things. It doesn’t help that Christian rubs him the wrong way from the beginning.
But what starts as animosity turns into something else. Something unexpected and very wrong.
He was never supposed to touch Christian. He was never supposed to feel possessive of the guy. And he most definitely wasn’t supposed to want Christian more than he wants his girlfriend.
It’s a recipe for disaster.
This book contains some M/F/M scenes, but it has a M/M HEA. Book two in the Straight Guys series.

Compelling story - Be careful what you wish for!
Like most people on campus, Mila finds Christian Ashford super cute so cajoles her calm and perfect boyfriend, Alexander Sheldon, into a threesome. Alexander initially resists Christian’s charms, but not for long. And once he starts, Mila no longer finds herself the centre of Alexander’s attention. I felt so sorry for Mila, she did nothing wrong - this has been sensitively and beautifully written and there are no baddies here. I loved Christian’s cocky poking the slumbering bear (Alexander); I loved Alexander’s locked down personality, waiting to burst out. I found the plot and chemistry so compelling - how would the three main characters negotiate the relationship dynamics, who would be the winners and losers? I’m a little bummed that only two of the 12 books in the series have been made into audiobooks, I’d snap up all 12 if they were available - Joshua Macrae narrates the two audios well.
