Publisher's Summary
They call him the Anaconda, and I'm pretty sure it isn't because he likes snakes. Nick Jenson is my neighbor. My hot, oh-so-sexy, very-well-equipped neighbor that I'd spend hours watching from the safety of my bedroom window. I saw lots of things I probably shouldn't have. Sometimes I'd touch myself, imagining it were his hands roaming over my body instead of my own. I had just one mission - to find out if the rumors were true.
Then one day, he caught me watching him. I was mortified. I was prepared to quit college, move to another country, and live the rest of my life saying, "Nick who?" But, apparently, life had other ideas. Because Nick? Well, he isn't just my neighbor... He's also my father's best friend. If I thought things were difficult before, they were about to get a whole lot more complicated. Oh, and those rumors? Holy fuck, were they true... Contains mature themes.

Only listened to for the narrator
Older guys is a kink of mine but this was so disappointing. I shouldn't have expected much from the other comments but it was still a let down. The sex scenes were okay but the best but was the kids reacting to their relationship.
The only reason I made it though the whole thing was the narrators. I was much more keen to read the next book in this series but now I'm thinking it might not be worth it.

Fluffy age gap 🙃
He is 37, a single dad of two and she is 22, is his best friends daughter and neighbors. It was a quick romance that literally happened overnight and they fell in love out of nowhere which made no sense at all but he had a big D which (which landed a chick in hospital with stiches) and she would sneak a peak though her bedroom window as it was directly across from his - With a weapon like that between the legs I would be peaking too!!
This was another short fluff book that I read in-between books while doing things around the house. I wouldn't say it was worth the read because it really isn't but it was actually ridicules and cringy to the point that made me laugh so for that and the big D it gets a 2 star haha!

Boring
I thought being a quick read, it would be full of great scenes, but unfortunately I found it very boring. There was nothing surprising or great about this story. Not much substance.
The males voice sounds like a teenager, should have used someone with a deeper voice to suit the older age character too.
Wouldn’t recommend.
