Good story and narrative, a bit frustrating and sad but true life experience
Good story but frustrating with the characters life choices which makes it very realistic… also sad ending but hits home!

I've never felt compelled to review untill now!
A Love that connects deep with in your soul. School, regrets & life keep interfering. So not fair.
Grab your tissues as you will feel & experience the happiness of blossoming young love, bad decisions, moving away for collage, gut reaching heat ache & then death.
I laughed & I cried, I shook my head at their wrong decisions & I prayed that they will find their way back to each other.
A great story that has it all.
A good reminder not to waste the day away.
May be hard to listen to if you have lost a loved one to cancer.

beautiful and heartbreaking
this is the 1st book ive sobbed too , the love story and heartbreak was unexpected but worth the read / listen. Harley and Rose are the friendship we all want ❤️💔

I cried so hard my head hurts!
This was a roller-coaster! I don't cry and I mean I haven't in at least a year or more but this book broken my heart. I love your writing! I think I need a night off books to recover!

Epic love and unimaginably heartbreaking
I have a confession to make.
I am the very lucky partner of the author.
We both lead extraordinarily busy lives, and as such I have been a very sucky non-husband. This is the first of Carmen's published works I have had the pleasure of reading.
And it was great.
There are so many of our personal lives interwoven with the wonderful characters of Harley & Rose, from Peter Pan to my "spot" where I warm my hands.
This is a beautiful story that will take you on a ride through the lives of two souls, destined to be together forever. Like we are.
Thank you Carmen, for writing the fun stuff, but most of all, thank you for the research you do and for delving into the hard things feet first. Your readers, and now I am one of them, thank you.
A word to the wise, you are gonna need tissues and vodka, in that order.
I loved this story, and I am desperately in love with you. x

Heartbreakingly Beautiful
This is one of the saddest and sweetest stories I have ever read. I cried more than when Dumbledore died.
