About this listen

Can the damage done by another be reversed, after Ferron makes the biggest mistake of his life?

Ferron Robertson is a lost soul searching for someone and something to connect with after suffering great loss. In The Playroom, he finds his center in submission and the grief he lives with becomes easier to manage.

That is, until he makes a fateful mistake.

Life for some is never an easy journey and after being rejected in the one place he feels safe, Ferron goes somewhere that is anything but safe to him. Now he must battle not only himself, but the Dom who refuses to let him go.

Ferron’s Journey: Damaged Part One, The Playroom series, is an MM gay suspense with BDSM and a cliffhanger ending. This is the first part of a trilogy and written from Ferron’s POV.

Warning: This book has aspects of a non-consensual relationship, with possible triggers due to scenes of abuse.

Loved this Narration and Story

🎧 narrated Matt Haynes ❤ The first time narrator for me and a brilliantly voiced. The characters are spoken with different voices and are easily known, which I loved heaps. 5 stars for narrative.
❤5 stars for the book although this does have some tough scenes, I enjoyed this heaps. My love hate of cliffhangers wont stop me for grabbing book two, “Hidden” which I’ve since read and loved included both POVs in that one book.
This includes hard BDSM scenes with Devon with abuse.., but things get better after his escape. Ferron's journey is from pain and despair to healing or start to with the help of Nathan. Ferron battles his inner voice of negative thoughts. In his pursuits of Carl he'd missed his perfect 42 yrs ol Dom. A fantastic book for the first part of Ferron’s journey. Written in Ferron’s POV and ends with a cliffhanger I hope Isaac acts fast. Drama's and danger isn’t far away..

Ferron was about to see a new therapist about his anxieties. Running from his past master, Devon. Rewinds back in time to his time visiting The Playroom a DBSM club co-owned by Carl, Ferron wants him to be his Dom. But wasn’t to be, now at a new club.
Devon was willing to take him on but would he destroy Ferron.
