About this listen
Ember
They were going to sell me. I couldn't let that happen. I had to escape.
My only friend agreed to help me. She helped me get away. She changed my appearance. She sent me to see the president of the Blackwings Motorcycle Club. I needed a new identity so I could start a new life. I walked up to the gate. I was taken inside. And everything changed.
Dash
She appeared out of nowhere. Standing at our fence. Asking to see the president. Scared, but determined. And beautiful.
I wanted her from the moment I saw her. When she told us her story, I vowed to protect her. And then, she was going to be mine.

So enjoyable
I really loved listening to this audio, the story itself is just that good and it's one of those stories that you have to get the next one to see what happens next. The narrator did an awesome job. I have had the privalliage of hearing both before in different books so it was icing on the cake to heat them both again

What’s not to love about Dash!
He’s the hot alpha you can’t help swoon over.
This is an amazing series! Troy Duran has delivered the narration brilliantly. I can’t wait for more in this intriguing and suspenseful series.

Boring Storyline
Not the greatest storyline to be honest. I felt the book lacked detail. I also felt like the males female voice made the girl sound like a child which was a little awkward to listen to.

good storyline bit convenient in places
First time listening to this author and after attempting other MC books I'm happy to say this one does not have a baby trope.
I enjoyed this story, there was a lot of twists and it kept going at a decent pace.
The club goings on was kept on the lighter side as did the plotline topic, even though it could have leaned to the gritty side. Teagan maintained a lighter writing style and covered most bases but the story did get loose in places and a bit sugary in the end for me.
The old adage of club business kept convenient secrets and the romance brimming. There's steam and some of the dialogue was a bit of an eye roll for me, it got a tad corny and cheesey.
I did enjoy the strong, sassy h even though she was young but her input moved the book along.
It was enjoyable listening to a different take on this topic.
The H was likeable and proved to be a typically protective, hard alpha with a mushy heart. Although he did act like a neanderthal in some places.
Troy Duran, what can I say but sigh! He's always wonderful to listen to. First listen to Mia and her tone was nice enough with her inflections creating great characters but I wasn't keen on her take on the male voice.
