Couldn’t wait for this happy ending!

As police officer Craig Bailey falls more and more in love with Henri Boudreaux, Henri knows he has more to lose if he risks telling Bailey about his shady past and about the murder he committed. Meanwhile, Bailey deals with a police shooting that leaves him questioning his own choices. I thought it would be hard to top Robbie, Julien & Priest, but I actually loved Henri & Bailey even more and I don’t think I’ve ever wanted a couple to find their happy ending more. Life dealt Henri some terrible cards, he’s had to make some hard decisions, and yet he is still a decent person. This was a great ending to a wonderful series! Audio narrator Charlie David has impressed me more and more over this series, I love the timbre of his voice, his characterisations, and his small chuckles you can hear as he narrates.

Love Conquers!

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this follow on story after 'Henri' which gives you the other side of two very interesting men from two different sides of the tracks as the saying goes.
