About this listen
Robert Greene's previous best seller, The 48 Laws of Power, distilled 3,000 years of scheming into a guide People praised as "beguiling... literate... fascinating" and Kirkus denounced as "an anti-Book of Virtues."
In Art of Seduction, Greene returns with a new instruction audiobook on the most subtle, elusive, and effective form of power because seduction isn't really about sex. It's about manipulating other people's greatest weakness: their desire for pleasure.
Synthesizing the work of thinkers including Freud, Diderot, Nietzsche, and Einstein, reporting the enticing strategies of characters throughout history, The Art of Seduction is a comprehensive guide to getting what we want any way we can.

engaging and informative
this book is a novel take on the old PUA manuals, pulling real historical information to generate timeless principles for generating deep connections rather than cheap tricks that may work for a night. A must read for anyone serious about seduction and an engaging lesson for those who aren't

Fantastic book, beautifully written and delivered.
I was interested in this book from a general perspective and for that purpose it has overdelivered.
I am a story teller and an artist and I feel very educated in better selling my vision and casting an alluring air to my potential audience.
Incredibly informative and factual but also very enjoyable and colourful.
A must read for anyone wanting to learn the keys of seduction, for understanding the desires of people and of the individual reading it.

Sit back and listen
Superb book about seduction in the social, political and sexual setting. You'll learn more about others behaviour and also more about yourself. Talks about the types of seducers, victims and seduction process, drawing on key figures of each type in world history. Told using Robert Greene's unique story telling style.

Great read
Would recommend, Greene breaks down various stories of seducers and their interpretations. Slightly lengthy but interesting nonetheless.

Not a book on healthy relationships!
I think this is a good book so you can see when other people are using these tactics but the words "seduction" and "emotional manipulation" mean the same thing in this book. You'd have to be a sociopath to follow all of Greene's advice.

one of the most erotic books I've read
After giving this a listen, I struggle to not see seduction in my day to day life. Oozing temptation and possibly pleasures.
