About this listen
What happens when you fall for the sworn enemies of your family?
I'm kidnapped by the Tailors, a rival gang that wants my entire family wiped off the face of the earth. After spending a couple of weeks experiencing hospitality in the Tailors very own dungeon, I'm really regretting my life choices up to this point.
Then in walks a tall stranger, with bright hazel eyes, and something in me stirs, growing stronger as I meet each of the Tailor boys.
Aeron, the heir to the Tailor name and a dark devil.
Jude, second in line and mad as a box of frogs but sexy as f*ck.
Knox, tall glass of water with the need to rescue and protect.
Tarl, the Tailor Inquisitor with mismatched eyes, but a healer at heart.
I don't stand a chance against their soothing touches and possessive affections. We fall hard and fast, but like most dreams, eventually you have to wake up.
I just hope that they can forgive me for what I'm about to do.
Addicted to the Pain is the first book in a dark contemporary romance duet, where love is love and our girl (and guys) end up with more than one love interest. Swords will cross.
Be warned, love hurts.

So wrong but so good
Definitely a dark romance. Six chilli spice. Looking forward to the next one. Great audio narrators.

well sh*t
This is definitely one of the spiciest books I've ever read/listened to. But the smut doesn't overpower the storyline or plot. I wish I didn't sit on this one for so long, I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I might. Great writing style, delicious spice from beginning to end and narrators perfectly chosen for their roles.
THE CLIFFHANGER THO.

Right from the first page
This was a great book 1 of the Addicted to the Pain duet.
The story developed right from the first page and kept me reading late into the night.
I was drawn to this book based on a post I saw about the audio, and it did not disappoint. I don't have the patience to wait for book 2 audio, so I'll be heading over to the next book right now.
The interactions between all of the characters were so engaging. The way the storyline twisted and turned was great.
I read on Kindle and read along on Audible and the audio was fantastic.

Just lacked substance and plot
Very violent, no real MMC plot, no great gang plot. Made me cringe at times

Porn, no story at all
The performances were great and it’s all read well.
There’s no real story. I’d suggest this for people who just want to read hardcore porn. The unbelievability of the basic storyline is distracting, even if you did just want to read porn.
