5 hrs 13 mins

I listened to the first in this series and came back for the second. I didn’t realise it was only 5 hrs and 13 mins. At $14.95 I’m angry at myself for not checking the length of the book. It won’t happen again. Otherwise the book was alright. Too much sex but it is what it is.

Not as good as the first book,

but then that's the case more often than not. I found what happened with Ezra a little rushed and would have love to see it from Paiges POV. Loving all the male play in dominance and how even in submission these men are still strong and powerful. Looking forward to the final confrontation with the council in the next book.
I found Aletha a little more robotic in her narration than what I remember from the first book. That was unfortunate, but I do think Troy got better at his female voices so that was fun.
