About this listen

Story One: "Suspended Animation"

Set adrift in space after a micrometeorite shower decimates the ship and the rest of the crew, Susan takes refuge in the emergency escape pod, which will sustain her in suspended animation until rescue arrives. Proximity alarms trigger her awakening, and she finds that she has been rescued by aliens who are millions of years ahead in technology. Her rescuers may be advanced, but they have lost an important aspect of their lives in the process, and Susan is only too happy to show them what they have been missing for so many years.

Story Two: "The Devil in Me"

The exorcism that saved her life has Samantha coming to terms with what happened. Unable to remember the demonic possession, she's told that there are others like her, and each has received a special gift or power as a result. When her power begins to manifest, she's shocked to discover that it's not what she expected. How she decides to use it may be a gift or a curse, but there is no denying the pleasure it gives.

All characters depicted are 18 years of age or older. Enjoy!
