fantastic book!
I love that the author read it. I listened to it in my car, during my long indoor training workouts, and at night cooking dinner. Lots of handy tips for a triathlon newbie!

Great for a beginner
If you’re a seasoned triathlete, a lot of what is mentioned in this book is old news. If you don’t race in the US, some of the race details aren’t correct. The story at the beginning was great though of how Meredith got into triathlon.
