Question, how do I always manage to pick up an epic book that is part of a series. I need more, I want to know what happens next! This series is definitely on my watch list to see when the next book is released. I love the plot and the twists and the romance. so, more please!!

Narrator was unwell
I really like the tone this narrator has. I think they do great character work. However, unfortunately they were very obviously unwell while recording. There are unedited parts where you can hear sniffling and struggling breath sounds. It was mostly in the first part of the book so it got less noticeable with time but it was enough to be distracting. The book is so much fun though. I want a dragon.

Definitely lived up to the book tok hype
My only issue is… and yes I know it is dumb… but I’m neurodivergent. I react to certain textures, tastes, and sounds. And the narrator, Rebecca Soler, kept swallowing really loudly at the end of long sentences. I could hear her saliva. Like I said, stupid, but god it gave me the ick. I ended up buying the physical copy just so I could have a reprieve. It’s worth noting for the neurotypical, she was otherwise a good narrator.

So worth it
This story grips you and pulls you in.
this story has you cheering on Violet and wanting her to keep going and keep proving people wrong and some people very right.
I do have to warn you this story does drop you off a cliffhanger but so worth it.

Brilliant everything
Amazing story, super relatable heroine, laughed out loud in many places, excellent narration, sex scenes amazing, the pace of the story perfect, cliffhanger the best without being too awful!!! Freaking loved it, recommend to everyone, cannot wait for the second! Would give ten stars if I could!

We witness how this young fragile girl evolve into such a fair warrior.
Learning and maturing not only for her mother’s approval but to show that she herself can stand on her two feet with out being afraid of being drag down by what others may think.
This book contains dragons,griffins, wayvern with an addition if this awsome set of character.
Such a good read to take out anyone from a bad slump.
And if I may the last chapter was EPIC!
